A new look for the apartment
After several years of planning and contact with many firms, we were finally ready to embark on a major refurbishment of the apartment. At the end of summer 2024 we completely cleared out the apartment and left it in the capable hands of With Altitude.
Scope of Work
- Replace kitchen
- Replace bathroom
- Replace toilet
- Install underfloor heating
- All new floor tiles
- Remove cloth on bedroom walls
Kitchen
- Modern, high quality kitchen
- All new appliances including full size oven and fridge
- Lots of additional storage
Bathroom
- Modern, high quality bathroom
- Bath, rain shower and glass screen
- Fog free mirror with LED lighting
- Heated wall to dry towels
- New tiling with underfloor heating
- Enclosed washing machine
Living Room
- New floor tiling with underfloor heating
- Replacement rugs to allow heat through from floor
- All window blinds replaced
- Upgraded fiber internet
Hallway
- New floor tiling with underfloor heating
- Kitchen extended, replacing cabinet and providing large fridge/freezer
- New wall mounted toilet (not shown)
- New lighting
Main Bedroom
- New floor tiling with underfloor heating
- Fabric walls plastered and painted
Twin Bedroom
